Case: STATE V.  D.P.
Charges: The Defendant was charged with felony Possession of Cocaine.    
Result: Case dismissed.

Case:  STATE V.  M. R.
Charges:  The defendant was charged with felony level drug dealing after a search of an apartment where she was staying revealed a stash of packaged illegal drugs.   The defendant faced an automatic adjudication of guilt and up to fifteen years in prison.
Summary:  The defense deposed the investigating detective and was able to get him to testify to facts favorable to the defense.  Based on defense's preparation of the case, the state did not object to defense's motion for pre-trial intervention, which was granted by the court.  The charge was ultimately dismissed.

Case:  STATE V.  O.R.
Charges:  The defendant was charged with cultivating marijuana in a grow house.  The house was under surveillance, and a search warrant revealed evidence creating a solid case for the state.  The  defendant faced up to five years in prison and an adjudication of guilt. 
Summary:  Due to effective representation by the defense, the case was resolved without the defendant serving any prison or jail time and without an adjudication of guilt on his record.

Case:  STATE V. T.M.
Charges:  Law enforcement pulled the defendant over for failing to stop his vehicle before a stop bar at an intersection.  The defendant gave permission to search his car and his person.  A baggie of marijuana was found.  The defendant was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Summary:  The defendant received no conviction, no probation, no jail, and no two year driver's license suspension for a drug conviction.
